HAPPY TALES HUMANE IS CURRENTLY NOT SUBSIDIZING CERTIFICATES. THE PRICES ARE REFLECTED IN THE SECOND PROGRAM. THANK YOU
In keeping with our mission of “taking action to prevent pet overpopulation”, we have two spay/neuter programs available.
First, if you have a financial need and you can afford to pay $25 for a certificate, we will subsidize the rest of the cost of an already low-cost certificate. Each certificate covers the cost of a routine spay or neuter and is valid at local, participating veterinarians. We have a list of participating veterinarians and what each requires. This program has limited funding and is put on hold when funds run out.
The second program is the same, except we do not subsidize the cost since the certificates are already considered low-cost. The non-subsidized prices are as follows: • Female cat $65 • Male cat $51 • Female dog $90 • Male dog $64
The certificates must be purchased at the shelter. Our hours are Tuesday - Friday 12 - 4pm and Saturday 11am - 4pm.
